DOKED is a detective, not a judge.

These terms are a binding agreement between you and DOKED Platformu ("DOKED", "we"). By downloading or using DOKED you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, you should not use the app.
1. Agreement and Age Limit
DOKED is for users aged 18 and over; people under 18 are not allowed to use the service. The terms may be updated from time to time; the current version is published on this page with its "last updated" date and is deemed accepted when you continue to use the service.
2. Scope of the Service
DOKED offers estimated relationship interpretations, message interpretation and fictional conversation rehearsal based on patterns in the chat texts you export. It does not provide psychological counseling, therapy, diagnosis, legal advice or any service that constitutes evidence.
3. Intellectual Property
The app’s source code, design, images, texts and brand belong to DOKED. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license for personal, non-commercial use. Copying, distribution or reverse engineering is not allowed without written permission. You keep the rights to your own chats and the analyses generated from them.
4. User Representations
By using the service, you represent that you are 18 or older, that you will only import chats you took part in, that you will use the service lawfully and that you will not use automated (bot/script) access.
5. Chats and Third-Party Privacy
You must have the right to use the chats you import. Other people’s private conversations must not be analyzed without their knowledge and, where required, their permission; all responsibility arising from violating third parties’ privacy lies with you. Using DOKED results to harass, threaten, expose or deceive third parties is prohibited.
6. Premium, Purchases and Payment
DOKED is free to download; the first clue and a limited daily allowance of message interpretation/rehearsal are free. Premium (DOKED PRO in the app) unlocks the other clues and removes the daily usage quota that applies to free users. Rate limits that prevent abuse and service capacity limits also apply to paying users. Weekly and yearly subscriptions are purchased through the App Store. A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled; you can cancel renewal in your App Store subscription settings. The price and period are shown before payment. When you change devices, you can regain access to Premium with "Restore Purchases".
7. Cancellation and Right of Withdrawal
You can submit refund requests through Apple’s refund channel. Refund and withdrawal rights depend on the applicable consumer legislation and purchase terms; this text does not remove your statutory rights. Cancelling a subscription stops the next renewal and keeps your access until the end of the current paid period.
8. Prohibited Activities
Systematic data scraping, circumventing or disabling security measures, automated access that would harm the service, uploading malware, removing copyright notices, copying the app to develop a competing product and any unlawful use are prohibited.
9. AI Disclaimer
AI-generated relationship interpretations, signal shares, risk estimates, message suggestions and rehearsal replies are for information only; their accuracy is not guaranteed and they do not represent the other person’s real thoughts or behavior. Headings such as "manipulation", "gaslighting" or "red flag" are signals based on message patterns, not a diagnosis or a verdict. The user is responsible for decisions made based on the suggestions. In case of violence, threats, persistent pressure or immediate danger, call your local emergency number (112 in Türkiye and the EU) and reach out to someone you trust.
10. Fair Use
The service is protected against abuse and overload by fair-use limits (daily allowances and rate limits). In case of abuse of the service, automated access or attempts to get around the limits, access may be restricted temporarily or permanently.
11. Mobile App License
The license of the app obtained from the App Store is governed by the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). These terms on the use of the DOKED service do not remove applicable consumer rights or Apple’s license terms.
12. Service Management, Term and Termination
We reserve the right to monitor violations, take necessary measures and restrict, without prior notice, the access of users who violate these terms. The terms remain in force for as long as you use the service.
13. Changes and Interruptions
The content of the service may be changed or discontinued without prior notice. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical failures, outages at the AI provider or infrastructure problems; no liability is accepted for the service being unavailable during interruptions. Beta versions such as TestFlight may contain errors; there is no guarantee that beta features will be carried over to the final version.
14. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Your mandatory consumer rights are reserved. The service is provided "as is"; all express or implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by law. DOKED cannot be held liable for indirect, incidental or punitive damages, including loss of relationships, reputation, profit, revenue or data. In any case, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the month before the claim (or €1 if you made no payment).
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify DOKED for damages, penalties and reasonable attorney’s fees arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the service or your violation of third-party rights (in particular the privacy of the people you chat with).
16. Force Majeure
No liability is accepted for disruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, fire, war, terrorism, cyberattacks, internet or power outages, epidemics and official restrictions.
17. Device Permissions
The app receives the chat file you choose from the document picker or the share sheet, and the optional image from the system photo picker. It does not request access to your contacts or to your entire photo library. There is no notification feature and no notification permission request.
18. Data
Data retention, deletion, transfers abroad and user rights are explained in the Privacy Policy; by using the service you accept that your data is processed as described there.
19. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the mandatory consumer protections available to the user are reserved. To resolve issues, you can contact our support address. Your right to apply to the legally competent consumer arbitration committees, courts and other remedies is preserved.
20. Miscellaneous
These terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between us. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions are not affected; not exercising a right does not mean waiving it. We reserve the right to correct typos without prior notice. The Turkish version of the text prevails; translations are not binding.
