How do I import my WhatsApp chat?
Open the chat in WhatsApp → tap the contact’s name → Export Chat → "Without Media" → choose DOKED on the share sheet. The archive is kept on your device; the content needed for AI processing is sent to OpenAI after your consent.
Why didn’t my analysis arrive?
Check your connection and try again. The relationship analysis needs at least 10 usable text messages or real media captions. With 10–99 messages some clues may not be calculated; below 10 you can continue with Interpret Message. Media, deleted-message and call placeholders don’t count toward this number. In addition to the free allowances, rate and service capacity limits apply to everyone.
How accurate are the results?
Each clue is an estimate based on message patterns, not a definitive verdict or diagnosis. The caption on each page says so when the evidence is weak.
How do I cancel or restore my subscription?
Cancel: iPhone Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Restore: DOKED → Settings → Restore Purchases.
How do I delete my data?
You can delete a person or chat from the archive, and a rehearsal from the Rehearsals screen. For usage and purchase records on the server, add the support ID shown in Settings → Privacy to an email with the subject "Data Deletion Request". For provider records and backups, see the Privacy Policy.
What if it’s an emergency?
In case of violence, threats or immediate danger, call your local emergency number (112 in Türkiye and the EU) and reach out to someone you trust. DOKED is not a safety service.
